Counsel has advised that contributions to the Fund made on or after February 28, 2005 will be tax deductible for federal income tax purposes, subject to receipt of confirmation of the Fund’s tax exempt status from the IRS. An application for recognition of tax exempt status will be filed with the IRS shortly. Counsel has advised that recognition of the Fund’s tax exempt status, when received in the normal course, will be retroactive to the date of the Fund’s formation. The Fund can receive both cash and securities.
